SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your order reaches you safely and in good condition, we ship our products through Shiprocket, using reputed courier partners available through their network.

Shipping Coverage

We ship orders across India, subject to service availability at the delivery location.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Dispatch is done on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is an approximate expectation and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

WARRANTY POLICY

Robocarts deals primarily in electronic and robotics components.

  • No warranty is provided on any product unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

  • Products once soldered, altered, programmed, misused, or physically damaged are not eligible for replacement or refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the product is delivered.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of electronic and robotics components, all sales are considered final.

CANCELLATION / REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Order cancellation or replacement is allowed only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The manufacturing defect must be acknowledged and agreed upon by the supplier.

  • Such requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.

If a replacement is approved and the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be provided at the sole discretion of Robocarts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Robocarts shall not be responsible for any damage caused due to:

  • Incorrect installation or wiring

  • Wrong voltage or polarity

  • Improper handling or usage

  • Lack of technical knowledge

Buyers are advised to ensure compatibility and proper usage before purchasing.
